One Neuron has been an instrument maker (Daryl Hall and Members of Stevie Wonder have been his clients), A poet Writer, and had a top FIVE album. Another Neuron has played throughout the world with the greatest musicians of the 20th century. One Neuron hasn't shaved since 1972. The Neurons have played in various incarnations in many lands and stages. The Tonight Show, The Montreau Jazz Festival, Playboy Jazz Festival, New Orleans Blues festival, All Hard Rock Cafe's,and Carnegie Hall. They love music that has a direct drive and rhythmic force that makes humans dance. They further enjoy utilizing exotic isntruments from around the world in a melodic and improvisational manner. NEURON'S also love children, dogs, and fine food! NEW RELEASE DANCE by THE NEURONS First of all you may not have heard anything like THE NEURONS before. "Dance" offers the sensibilities of a wild groove ride that would please the "hip hoppin" fan, with the sophisticated melodic improvisations that would peak the interest of the savage Jazz critic. THIS STUFF IS DARING! One minute you may hear a sultry Malaysian Woman reciting poetry, or a TAOIST Monk laying down textural mystical truths - the next you'll hear an exciting foray of melodiic improvisations on some of the most exotic instruments in the world. These guys are world class musicians with decades of experience playing throughout the world. David Hoffman spent many many years as Ray Charles' trumpet soloist and arranger, but don't think the beauty that was Ray's music quite describes THIS experience. This is a wilder ride! Paul Adams has many solo albums out that have been played throughout the world. His debut release, VARIOUS WAVES was in the TOP FIVE of the year for instrumental music. THE NEURONS was the result of Paul being asked to create something special for the Illinois Ballet company. "I wanted to stay away from traditional approaches to Ballet. Being a fan of The Circe de Sole inspired me to take this in a more aggressive and unusual direction. AND, the name THE NEURONS perfectly describes what we are doing musically." He goes on to say, that "We wanted this music to grab you in the deepest part of the human make up. We wanted the groove to be a bit of a metaphore for the complexities of how we THINK, FEEL and REACT to the emotional experience of being human. Lastly, we wanted this musical exploration to utilize world groove and rhythms that would encourage dance and movement. DANCE by THE NEURONS explores the dynamic depths of infectious rhythm and groove that is sure to set your heart on fire

Although ABC News' "20/20" had the world premiere of Britney Spears' newest music video, "Womanizer," but apparently it was too hot for network TV. The uncensored version is on MTV and all over the Web, and I think it's the best video she's put out in forever and a day.
